Pros

Springer Nature is a very well praised name in research and academics. This Nanodatabase is a new initiative when it comes to Nanotechnology. Many reputed research organizations like IITs and research labs and universities are subscribers to this nanodatabase. It continues to grow as new nanomedicines, nanomaterials and nanodevices are being invented every day.

Cons

If you are a non-marathi then don't expect much from here. It is place for local people only. There is no place for appreciations, appraisal and growth for a non-marathi guy. Team leads of Nano-database can be demeaning towards outsider. They don't hesitate to comment on the personal lives of SMEs. There is massive diaspora happening right now in company. 90 % of staff in NANO-DATABASE is from locals only. There are no recruitment happening right now. They are hostile towards non-marathi people. Everyone is aware of this fanatic regionalism but no-one speaks about it. Its like an elephant in the room.
