Pros

Travel opportunities, training development, great health plan, and great colleagues

Cons

Management, if you have a rare talent be prepared to be stuck in your current position. There is no room for growth. Sadly the only way to do is by leaving the company and applying from outside. The 401k was decreased from 6% to 3% after the merger. Pay is not at the standard for this position.

Pros

Support with health issues, good network of managers, a team of close knit members, regular catchups

Cons

Pay could be better for the role, in my opinion. Flexi-hours could be available, and the option to work remotely. Could be more open to employees taking prolonged annual leave (more than a fortnight consecutively, I mean)
