Pros

The domain I have worked with (Content Acquisition) is very challenging and has some good pressure on the delivery teams. The leadership is open-minded, they really value people, power is not centralized (up to an extent) and you have a good space to create and experiment frameworks and new ways of working, being that completely on the team's responsibilities to decide what is the most productive way for them to work. The disciplines make an effort to collaborate and there is, in general, a quite positive work environment. Local leadership is always trying to improve Lisbon community. Office space is moving to a great place. Teams are flexible timewise and 4 days a week working from home is possible!

Cons

I cant think about any outstanding cons besides the regular political scenarios that not necessarily are cons!
