Work environment is good, employee friendly, policies are good.

Cons

Internal management does whatever they want, promotions are totally biased, salary hikes since covid are absolutely disappointing, growth opportunities are very less, managers get personal/biased with employees and may stop their growth, very partial towards few HR talks like some illiterate with no knowledge of policies and absolutely poor sense of management or people.
