Great working culture, no interference of management in day to day working. Organization really works as employees first in every scenario. You get salary on 26th of every month without delay

Not much, Some managers can be very rude, but it is everywhere. Being a global organization, growth within the organization is very slow. If you join as executive you might have to spend 10-8 years to be a manager
