Rather than naming anyone Head of AIDS- Pune is arrogant, everyone scared of him including CEO ion the company. In his pressure sometimes managers asked us to do which is totally unethical.

Provided a lot of varied work and had well-organized workflows and organization structures that meant you always knew who to approach if you needed help.

Cons

The pay was quite low and wasn't really available to negotiate to a higher salary
