Pros

Job security. If you have the personality to detach yourself from your work and if you don't care about your performance then this is the place for you !.

Cons

Low salary (less than a post-doc!), with no hope of monetary increments for your hard work or overtime you do. This is not the place for people who are self-motivated, driven and determined because such efforts are not recognised. Though, according to the contract, the working hrs is ~37, it is impossible to conduct tasks in this time-frame. As such you end up working much more. A lot is asked of you, in order to be promoted for which you have to work extra and do various other projects. This place is good for 1-2 yrs but would be quite demoralising and demotivating beyond this.

Bad recruitment policies.

Pros

1. Big brand 2. Facilities provided at work like pick and drop, package, Work culture etc.

Cons

1. They make fake commitments while recruitment to complete their target of hiring. As they hire in bulk amount. 2. They can flip their statements just like it was never said. 3. Please make sure before joining whatever commitments made to you be in written. As they can betray you anytime. 4. As you leave your previous job based on their commitments, you are left with no choice then to continue. 5. HR management is worst in the company. 6. They never pick up your call and do not give reply to any of your queries. And if they do, they don't even remember commitments made to the candidate over a phone. 7. They say they don't believe in verbal communication. 8. Even if you are not comfortable in working rotational shift they will hire you saying you can work in any shift you want, and that will be fixed. And once you join they force you to work in rotation.

Pros

General shift 9-6. Good location. Good Work life balance.

Cons

Pathetic management.. False promises by HRs.. No growth. Poorest salary package.. TLs are so much biased in case of gender/religion which i never expected in corporate. They favour only russian medical graduates. So don't go if u have done MD/MBBS from govt college. Too much cost cutting.. Dirty washrooms.. Worst canteen.. Very very unhelpful people. Too much groupism in every team.. Some people will get too much privilege & some won't get any.. Good for people who don't have brains & who don't want to learn anything new in life & wanna sit at same place for next 20-25 yrs. Best for people who belong to the same religion as of manager/TL/lead. Depressive atmosphere for sincere & hard working people. No respect towards MD physicians.. No WFH..😥

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate that you have voiced your concerns and assure you that we are committed towards helping, nurturing and collaborating with colleagues in our company. You seem to have had some bitter experiences, and we sincerely regret the same. However, we'd like to highlight here that we have a very open culture within the organization where all matters pertaining to employees are heard and worked upon. Our colleagues are also provided complete visibility and overview of company policies including work from home policy. As for transportation, this varies from company to company and not all companies provide transportation to employees - especially those operating in only one general shift. We assure you that we believe in trusting our colleagues and respecting the diversity within the organization, so that we all thrive together.
