I've thoroughly enjoyed my 8 years at Springer Nature. It's been a privilege to work with a fantastic team and the managers are incredibly supportive of our development. Many colleagues have been with the company for a long time thanks to the inclusive and supportive work environment. There are lots of great initiatives to get involved in beyond your daily role, including employee networks, mentorship programmes and social events. I'm proud to work for a reputable company with such an interesting history, that is well known for being a pioneer in Open Access publishing

Great people. Lots of opportunity to learn and grow. Offices are modern and open space for collaboration. Hybrid working gives us all space to enjoy seeing our colleagues and home life balance.

Cons

Nothing I can think of - very happy I joined almost 4 years ago.
