Pros

Umm, fixed pay, insurance, a coffee machine, the basic things that come with a 9-5 job.

Cons

This place when I joined was exciting and better organised. With their technology interventions, they keep finding excuses to increase workload to reap the most average results. When they don't get the desired results because the demands on their entry level, low-paid employees are too much, they start with excessive monitoring, comparisons between employees etc. Management underdogs in India office seem to have no power, taking orders to just increase targets from those who seem to have no idea about the actual job.
