Thank you. We are commited to supporting our colleagues, communities, researchers, educators and healthcare professionals. Our new very modern office in Pune is quite popular given the communal spaces and open networking areas we have which believe is an improvement from our old office. We moved to have a more inclusive space for all our colleagues with room to grow and hopefully the SN bus service is helpful as well as our flexible working hours.

Thank you for sharing. We do invest in our teams and marketing is critica on that journey. The company's core mission is to "open doors to discovery" by publishing robust and insightful research that helps address urgent global challenges like climate change and public health and to this end sharing our purpose so what we do is more widely known is certainly a compelling story. We review our salaries regularly and offer flexible benefits packages which are proving popular with many of our colleages.
