      After completing two interview rounds, got selected, HR informed me that the role is now on hold. This lack of clarity after investing time and preparation is disappointing. Companies should ensure roles are confirmed before interviewing or communicate transparently about hiring status.

      Everything good, good leaves, employee frendly leaves evrythung is good

      Cons

      Depends on which team u r. Company has good policy it just that in some teams managers have typicla indian mentality and doesnt treat their team the right way. But only email marketing and design team.

      We do have a terrific culture and offer a diverse and inclusve flexible working environment. As we continue to grow and evolve, we have looked to continue to invest in technology and some of our senior execs retired after many year at SN. We are happy with the diversity within our senior leadership and continue to strive to adapt to ensure the success of the business and wellbeing of our great people.
