Thank you for your review. We do indeed have lovely offices and a supportive culture. Many of our colleagues are fulfilled by the purpose and work that we do to contribute to society and helping to educate the world on key matters that impact generations to come. We offer a flexible culture and strong work life balance and we regularly review our pay with full transparency.

At Springer Nature, our values and ways of working are more than words on a screen. They are lived across the organisation by our people. We value the strengths and contributions that everyone makes to the success of the group. We empower and look to achieve results in the best possible way. We have in December launched another career progression tool called Career Navigator which is designed to support even stronger career discussions than ever before and allow colleagues to take ownership of their careers and support actiive participation in development plans.
