After early two centuries of progress and advancement in science and education we continue to shape the business we are today. Research and learning continues to be the cornerstone of progress, and we will continue to open doors to discovery through trusted brands and innovative products and services. Springer Nature was created in May 2015 through the combination of Nature Publishing Group, Macmillan Education and Springer Science+Business Media. We do continue to look to invest in our colleague development, however, colleagues are encouraged to actively stretch their horizons and take ownership of their own development and over 21% of our hiring is internal. We strive to increase this even further now we have adapted to become a skills based organisation.

Thank you for sharing. We deliver learning, services and publications to enable healthcare professionals to achieve their potential. We’ve been providing doctors, dentists and pharmacists with trusted and high-quality content and solutions for nearly 100 years, advancing medical knowledge for the benefit of patients and healthcare professionals worldwide. We offer support for our colleagues to take control of their careers and provide active guidance on how to continue the learning journey. Recently, we have adapted to become a skills based organisation and therefore opportunities for growth will be enhanced as we focus on developing our great talent internally.
