2moThanks for sharing your review from the Pune office. We do have a great culture and our supportive and collaborative environment are valued highly by many. We do invest in our people and pride ourselves in investing in colleague development and offer IJPs as well as other roots to explore opportunities. For our internal job fairs where we invite colleagues to find out more and learn about how to take ownership of your career in order to develop. In Pune we have the highest ratio of internal moves globally.
