Pros

Great team of people, as this company attracts the best of the best. It also offers good locations and facilities, and in general good daily working environment

Cons

The company does not listen to the employees and has no consideration of their needs/opinions. It now seems like many company decisions are against the well-being of the employees and purely profit-oriented. Now that the company is very large it became very complex and communication of decisions and to the employees is very poor

Pros

There are no pros that I could think about. This is the worst company ever. There are lot of stupid politics that the managers play. The apprisals and promotion, 80% are baised on your gender and 10% you speak the language that the managers speak and 10% if you are able to lick you managers and please him. 2016 Appraisals letter given to the employees had the amount 0 mention in it, the company managed to spend 1/- on making the letters. The company managed to screw the career of more than 500 employees who were paid peanuts just because to few managers who were definetly the worst managers ever.

Cons

I would also like to share few facts. The good comments that are mentioned as review on this site and posted by the HR department for making fool out of the interview candidate and about the food, even if the vendors in the canteen serve stale food the admin does not take any action because they get commision out from the vendor outside the company's knowledge. (This was confessed by on of the vendors ) The company has stupid HR policy. Where if a female employee makes a complain for any harassment the employee is terminated without any investigation same as if a male does it the HR does not even bother to ask. I WOULD BE VERY GLAD IF THIS REVIEW HELP EVEN ONE CANDIDATE. PLEASE DONT LOOK AHEAD TO JOIN THIS COMPANY......!!!!!

Pros

Salary on time. Good environment, friendly office crowd. nice work life balance, not too much pressure compared to other fields out there.

Cons

Okay, I have no clue where to start from but here we go...... So the most pathetic management I ever came across, provided there are some amazingly talented members in the upper management but they are lazy as a pregnant sloth. No respect for the employees and the HR's are like personal bodyguards for the management. The HR's useless and very new in this profession. The leaders have no idea as to where they are leading the company and cannot anticipate the outcome of their pathetic decision. And after they fail miserably with the stupid decisions, they ask you to quit "Let me quote them here: Suno, as you are aware that the client is not giving us any more new books, we are personally advising you on a friendly term that you start looking for other jobs as soon as possible but you wont be given leaves to go for the interview, you will have to magically be present at two different places at once."
