Pros

Work-life balance is there totally

Cons

There is a monopoly in management in terms of regionalism, favoritism all kinds of non-sense going on at RDI. Don't know how that one person is able to always turn the table without CEO noticing.

High workloads, not enough support from the company and very high staff turnover. Morale among editors is very low.
