Pros

Great culture, good people, good products, international, lots of interesting work being done, one of the largest scholarly publishing presses in the world.

Cons

Stumbling some over the past couple of years (2019-2021) due to internal re-orgs, COVID, and focus on potential IPO.

Pros

The company strives to offer a great working environment for employees. Communication and transparency is high. Embraces flexible working.

Cons

Might be in my department only, but there is a lot of mistrust between different roles. Tendency for members of development teams to be egotistical and dismissive. Lack of progression options.
