Pros

Learn new technologies like SAP HANA, BI/BW.

Cons

Worst work culture. No transparency of work. Seniors old employees are focused in getting onsite opportunities hence taking up good tasks. No1 is interested in training others. Simply giving support tasks. Managers are even worst. No feedback calls nothing, simply raising PIP.

Pros

The offices are comfortable and well designed and my colleagues were all very friendly.

Cons

There is a conflict of interest in the aims of the company whereby it wants to (a) provide sound and reliable peer review to contribute to the development of science and (b) maximise profit by minimising staffing levels and expediting publication at the expense of quality control/peer review. The pay is low considering the cost of living in London.
