I would challenge the point about 'all' colleagues being in the same family as this is not in line with our culture or indeed our hiring process at all. We support referrals and mobility however, we also ensure we have a diverse workforce. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are are the core of our culture and we have recently started the process of more closely aligning SNTPS (Pune) with our global businesses so there will be more changes to come which will positively impact colleague development and growth.
