      Flexible working, relaxed environment, no pressure

      Cons

      Low morale since merger and only getting worse, company lacks direction and no one knows what they are doing. Please if you work in IT avoid working here, there is no progression and technology being used is dated.

      I really did struggle to fill in this section! The premises in London are fantastic, unlike those in the Netherlands!

      Cons

      I work in IT support, the IT Management do not have a clue, look at the Helpdesk Outsourcing debacle. At least we are now going to Google Mail despite senior IT Management not buying in to the decision. The Global progress of IT is hindered by the strange desire to make the Netherlands the centre of the world!!
