      Learning opportunities: As a junior developer, I had the chance to work on different projects and technologies, which was help me to develop a broad range of skills and knowledge. Exposure to industry practices: Working in an industry setting had give me a sense of how development is done in a professional setting, including best practices, tools, and processes. Collaboration and networking: I had the chance to collaborate with experienced colleagues and build relationships with peers and mentors, which was valuable for my professional development. Potential for growth: Junior developers I had opportunities to advance their careers within the company, such as through promotions or by moving into more senior roles over time.

      Steep learning curve: The learning curve was steep when I started working as a junior developer, as I needed to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to the company's development practices. High expectations: As a professional, there were high expectations placed on my work and performance, which was stressful for some.       * Good work environment * Most of people are friendly and easy to hang out with.

      Cons

      * You have to pay for your own health insurance. The discount package is worse than the bank health insurance. * Very little opportunity for carreer progress. * You will find a lot of non-qualified people or many juniors leading the projects. * You will be assigned a super-visor to help your carrer but its 99.9% useless. You will have an appointment of 15 minutes every year and that's it.
