Needs to improve systems and hire some administratives /assistants to avoid more senior personnel spending time in this.

Pros

The company lives by its values and listens. There is a feeling of comradery even with people you only see on video conferences. There is a lot to do, but you are also working with a great team to get it all done.

Cons

Some departments are still getting the gears going. and although the company in general moves with a teamwork and transparency mindset, some people don't really follow the same mindset.
