It's a friendly and very collaborative culture. Well structured orientation, very informative, ensuring you have tools to carry out your role, everyone is willing to help, patiently explaining things. Lots of flexibility to help people achieve a work/life balance. Management is very open and approachable, there is a strong leadership willing to make the tough decisions to help get the company to the next level, communicating regularly and keeping workforce up to date with what plans. Lots of opportunity for development.

Sonnedix has been the best workplace I have ever been throughout my career. The company culture is undeniably one that is a collection of shared values, goals and expectations, beliefs, company vision and habits. The leadership has proven most especially during this pandemic that their PEOPLE COMES FIRST and as an employee of almost 5 years, that means so much more to me than anything.

Very international company. Diverse workforce of colleagues makes it culturally interesting. The company will give you autonomy and that creates a sense of trust. Lots of great people all around with interesting ideas.

Cons

Company is going through expansion and growing pains/ bit of identity crisis and struggling to prioritize with focused execution.
