Challenging - can get a lot of responsibility fast Fast-growing - M&A space is particularly exciting Strong on ESG - genuinely good values Flexible working, good support for development/learning/etc. Good benefits, lots of socials, sometimes a "silent" Friday Options to travel to nice offices abroad

Cons

Need a promotion for proper salary raise Flexible working still means at least two days in the office (but ultimately this is still pretty flexible)
