CAP HPI reviews on glassdoor are sadly contaminated by fake reviews, which I suspect were written by marketing and/or HR staff at the company. I'm sure a cursory stylometric analysis would confirm this. It's a shame that the company doesn't respond to the really honest reviews - those with serious criticisms, but then again, they would no doubt be just the usual marketing/business-jargon refutations and failure to recognise the things being said by the reviewer.

Cons

A once great company, stripped of its heart. Long-term employees kulled by various means - i suspect as part of an unspoken policy to "renew" the company & culture.
