Pros

Personal life conciliation as there is no problem to enjoy annual holidays whenever you want.

Cons

Depending on the project, there is a lot of legacy with really old technology. They don't take care of their employees. They basically tell you "if you are not comfortable, maybe this is not a company for you". No promotions at all. No bonuses at all, every month they will tell you : "they will be paid next month" but that never happens . There are problems with the payslip and problems getting the payment, but nobody from HR cares about it. All they sell you is smoke, conditions will not improve and they will do all in their hands to make your laboral conditions worse.

Pros

Competitive Salary, nice colleagues, always challenging

Cons

Old fashioned mentality. C-level and directives think they are doing employees a favor of giving them a job and treat them very bad. If you join Solera, expect no respect, lots of unpaid extra hours, no bonus ( they always try to cheat on this) , no remote work

Pros

A lot of great, talented and amazing people

Cons

Solera is not the great place to work it once was. HR department is the worst I've worked with. Mostly like ghosts. Upper management take decisions without knowing the consequences. Additionally, they change their mind from one day to the other and force you to change your hybrid schema for a 5 mandatory offices days. Yes, Solera is going backwards with no possibility of remote work, unless you can prove an excepcional special need.
