Pros

Great learning opportunities, benefits, support. There are so many opportunities to take your career in an upward, or even new direction at Sogeti. Within HR, there is a lot of opportunity to collaborate, just not a lot of growth as it's very flat. I truly loved everyone I worked with there, and made a lot of wonderful relationships and felt supported.

Cons

Growth within HR is limited, however there is a lot of growth for the consultants available.
