      Pros

      Hard work and leadership potential is recognized and rewarded with responsibility, challenge, and opportunities. The benefits are good. They include generaous vacation time, health care, and 401k. Your bonus is performance driven bonus amongst your unit and region. You get to work with a network of really smart people.

      Cons

      Every year there are changes to policies regarding benefits and infrastructure, leadership, and general political alignment. Communication from leadership, especially national and regional level, is not that great. Not many people have heard of Sogeti.

      Pros

      At this company your destiny is really in your own hands. It is different than any other consulting company that I have worked for. They really focus on growing the company through investing in their consultants. CEO of US operations was a consultant at one point for Sogeti. You can always reach out if you need help and you are never alone on any project.

      Cons

      some of the individual units are new and challenged with the sales cycle of large solutions work because of this they are challenged with what makes sense?
