Excellent benefits including 150% 401(k) match up to 6% of salary, generous PTO (starting around 15 days, increasing with tenure), and comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.

Cons

Poor work-life balance. The company used to have a family-like atmosphere which over time has become very transactional.

Promotions are getting declined many years in a row, salaries are below average, 3 years no hikes. I am thinking of leaving, benefits are fake, very low pay. Management easy tries to contact you off working hours, make you commute out of working hours. Coursera, pluralsight was free, now they killed free certifications too, avoid..
