Everything is amazing at software one but recently they have switched their operating model which is difficult to adapt but still good to work

variable pay compensation also changed drastically and will not be paid fully which was till few years ago. So ask HR to increase the fixed pay as variable pay they have started to not give to employees Last year they have made good profit but still not paid more than 25% to employees and .
Increment and timely promotions is what can be looked at.
