Good company where you can learn a lot. You will be able to face all the issues of a company, that's very interesting.

Cons

Too many work to do. You need to be very well minded no to be drown by the work. A lot of admin tasks, No always the time to be sales. The company pays better but don't do unpaid extra hours.
