there is no professional HR in the team and the first day you come to this company, if your leader is far away, then nobody will welcome you warmly. All you can get is nothing.

Salary is fair enough and very good work-life balance.

Good work life balance, good culture and open acceptance at all levels

Cons

Growth and learning is stagnant after some time. Also the variable pay specifically the 25% of variable is paid only 50% of times though company is doing good.
