Allowed WFH my entire career. Had a great work/life balance.

Cons

I had an inexperienced manager take over a successful program. Our entire team left after a year. The manager ended up leaving as well. All in all, good experience in my previous 6 years working there. Horrible the last year only b/c of the manager hire.

There were alot of pros in the past but now there is not a single one that i can think of ,as the management is changes over the years they have removed every good thing about swo in india

Cons

Higher management thinks that they own this place They do not want to hire working mother they will only work with people who will follow them blindly and say YES SIR!! They hire and fire on the basis of salary package mostly they ate interested in hiring fresher who have low salary demand
