      Pros

      LSP with a broader and deeper vision than competitors going through a painful change . Gradually finding its way forwards.

      Cons

      Middle management is usually promoted sales executives, not managers

      Hi - really appreciate the feedback - couldn'tagree more that change is hard. We are making mistakes along the way but at the same time trying to learn from them (life would be boring if we were perfect!). I am very proud to say we had our best year ever in 2017 and the growth plans for the next 3 years are super exciting. I also think you are spot on with your view to leadership - walk the talk!       Pros

      The company has an amazing culture and excellent people. Also has cool offices around the world with chilling rooms.

      Cons

      Some managers are not prepared to run the department and to lead people. Most of them don't inspire the rest of the people.
