I cannot tell you how inspiring and happy the title of your review makes me. One of the key parts of our vision within the People Pillar is to aspire to making SoftwareONE the best time any of our employees have in their professional career. I know that we are not the right company for everyone (I am a firm believer that you should find the write company for you and absolutely love what you do - a cliché but the truest advice I have ever been give and can give). I would personally disagree with you on spend and investments in the company - our acquisitions, new systems development and growth should illustrate this - but if I am missing something or you are not feeling this, then I'd love to know more.
