      Sudden Growth through acquisitions and unplanned recruitment

      Cons

      The country leadership and GSDC working model is strange and outdated. Countries are not willing to use GSDC and wants to retain work near shore. RSDC and XDC are operating in parallel causing even more confusion about the delivery model. Is the leadership listening and bringing any change? The answer is NO whilst every year they announce mega transformation roadmaps.

      As the business expands and grows through acquisitions, the individual gets smaller and less important. The focus on people and making staff feel valued and appreciated gets less important.
