Fair compensation plan. Freedom to run the territory as you see fit. Very customer and partner focused.

Cons

Good old boys/pretty young girls club. Even if you are doing well preferential treatment is given to a select few and some who's only asset is their physical appearance. Management makes business decisions based on personal relationships instead of what is best for the business; even when it ends up being a determent to the business. Internal systems are greatly lacking.

Terrific company culture, the last "Pure licensing" reseller left, and VERY good at it.

Cons

Too Microsoft-centric. If all we ever talk about is Microsoft, that's all we'll be known for by our clients and partners.

Pros

If you want to work with the smart and educated people in the licensing business, this is the place to be. Worldwide community with a profound knowledge of what they are doing. Leadership on C-Level is committed and everybody still has operative tasks, like customers to serve. You won`t see such an enthusiasm in being "useful" for a customer anywhere else.

Cons

This is a very fast growing company. Processes, roles and people will change. The workload is immense.
