Pros

SoftwareONE is the biggest entrepreneurial company I've ever worked for. Everyone here has an opportunity to demonstrate leadership to provide value to customers and improve execution. The company is privately help and the owner treats employees like family - hard expectations, but supportive for times in need.

Cons

SoftwareONE does expect hard work and lots of travel. We also expect employees to be passionate about software and software licensing. Must be able to deal with complexity and LOTS of change.

Great graduate colleagues CEO was impressive Good starting salary

Hired a group of graduates only to fire them in batches regardless of how well they were doing, entirely down to the managers personal opinion of you. Huge company focus on culture, yet the company possesses none whatsoever with senior management unapproachable and other employees having no respect for any of the graduates. Very high pressure and extremely tense working atmosphere were you fear the sack any minute. Can be distressing to be sacked and also see other colleagues fired and told to leave randomly on the spot. Lots of cold calling often without any real help and with limited training on most products, yet you're still expected to excel.
