Some individuals are trying to make the environment toxic by spreading negativity. They find it had to change and cant find jobs elsewhere due to low skills. Management is too lenient to kick them out. Management is too straightforward with feedback. Treat employees like kids. Cost cutting on team party, sodexo etc.. but i guess it happens everywhere.

The management is not adequate, lack of vision, the culture for them it's just an advertising and a way to reach the target. Some manager have not the preparation for doing work and seems just God deciding based on his feeling or humor. The Company thinks just selling, nothing else is important, not after doing the work the salespeople promise to the customer, not customer satisfaction, just sell licences or services to reach the bonus. The events are parades showing the best sellers.
