      Pros

      There is a lot of freedom BUT this only last as long as the management (if we can speak of management in the first place) does not change it's vision.

      Cons

      The company frequently changes of vision and direction and goes beyond the employee. This creates the feeling that they just don't care. Not care for you, neither for the customer!

      Pros

      Great atmosphere and team morale. This company knows how to work hard and play hard. I strongly recommend working here.

      Cons

      Very little pay increase. Paired with aggressively increasing quotas, and lowered commissions. Unless you are getting promoted your base pay is likely not going to change regardless of your success.
