Pros

Great people from around the globe. Tremendous opportunity for growth and movement in the company. There is definitely a focus on developing a long term career with SoftwareONE. Opportunity for great financial rewards if one puts in the effort.

Cons

Be prepared to be flexible as things will change rapidly in the software IT industry - I rather enjoy this but could be a con for some people.

Pros

Frequent flyer miles available if you want them. Relocation packages also available. Good if you just want to pick up a pay check. Work/life can be good if you can tolerate the occasional micromanagement.

Cons

Terrible management styles and overall culture with ever increasing middle management. No idea how to execute on strategy. Many of the verticals are dysfunctional.
