      Core Values are fading out. Local leadership styles are contracting what higher management tends to create as a culture.

I still believe we still have a flat hierarchy culturally - the openness of communication, the connection for any employee to our the leaders and a humble style that should mean everyone is of equal importance. This is different to having a hierarchy organizationally which has become deeper as a natural evolution as we have grown as a company. Work life balance is a tricky one - I think we can do more here but equally if you love what you do then ideally we should always be in balance. Of course we hate to say goodbye to people - on the one hand it means somehow we have failed at hiring the right fit or retaining talent, but equally we wish you every success in your next path and perhaps you'll boomerang back if the time and opportunity are right in the future.       Worked for more than 3 years in GSDC Gurgaon, The organization provides a very good platform for freshers and has a wonderful work environment. It also provides ample amount of benefits to the employees and takes every feedback constructively. The management is good and have some amazing leaders.

      very limited areas to learn in a technology aspect

      Our late CEO and founder was always incredibly passionate about investing in the future. On the one hand, it makes us very happy to read your comments that we were able to provide you a great start to your career - on the other hand, I'm sorry that the learning curve may not have been strong enough to keep you with us. This is a critical area of investment for us as we evolve into a true Technology company our new learning platform "FUSE" will provide much greater access to digital learning content and partnerships with the likes of LinkedIn Learning and other vendors will give us world class content.
