I really hope you have found the right platform for your talents and personal culture - we are grateful for the time you gave us and this feedback. Awesome that you see the spirit amongst your ex colleagues - our culture is of paramount importance to us. Having said that, I'm sorry you felt we were only about 'big business' - we consider ourselves relatively small in the grand scheme but we have high aspirations and goals. I am very sorry you did not see the leadership as role models of our values - this is critical for us to be effective as a company and on the whole I believe we get it right. Of course it's not perfect and we have a much larger group of leaders as we have grown as. I do hope that you have a found a company that gives you what you need but if you ever have the time, it would be great to understand more and review specific examples so we can investigate and respond.
