      Transformation is exciting and challenging. Opportunities to initiate change ./ growth - always setting the bar higher. Services Portfolio and scale are growing to be a competitive advantage.

      Cons

      Transformation and change is hard, and the sheer volume of work can be overwhelming. Competition is fierce from the start up ecosystem. Still learning to be a truely global company while protecting the culture. Work to do on DEI but lots of action initiated.
