      Still offering remote work in most locations.

      Still not sure of direction. People being laid off left and right creates anxiety and employee moral is at an all time low.

      Very few aside of remote working. Technical leadership and PMs know their business!

      Cons

      The new leadership after the merge with Crayon is very weak and not well organised at all. The feeling is that they don't know what to do and where to go.
