Strong CORE Values Work life balance Team bonding activities Transparency in processes Doesn't matter if you are an associate or a manager or a country lead you will get equal opportunity to present your views and suggestions.

Cons

Diverse and ever evolving portfolio for services makes it a little difficult to set a pre defined process.
