Perks are nice. Good benefits.

Cons

Lack of growth. Poor stack. The code is a complete mess. Some systems are completely invented in their heads, like they create their own design. Avoid if you can.

Pros

Amazing coworkers, some of the benefits are really nice and they tend to do some social events that are awesome.

Cons

The teams are split and isolated, with no transversal communication and issues dealing with that. In my team, we had some issues with "old" bosses who wanted to justify their crazy salaries with other people's work. Also, they tend to keep you doing the same job until you are burnt out (with false promises of being promoted).
