      The workplace is great, comfortable, and accessible, The team culture is also healthy, and HR fosters said culture.

      Cons

      Working on 10+ year old games creates many problems in processes. Everything takes a lot longer than it should and onboarding, for me, was terrible.

      · Great culture and environment, most people are really helpful, friendly and want to make a difference · The perks are amazing · The offices are great

      · Incompetency of the Leadership team. The company is great at executing, but it not executing the right things. The Leadership team cover each other assess, which perpetuates the problem. · Limited career opportunities once you reach managerial roles as the company is not growing and promotions opportunities are limited.
