Pros

- since I joined the company has matured a lot, good leadership overall - amazingly high motivated staff, very passionate and agile - overall I think around 20 benefits for everyone, like free restaurant every day, free mobile device, free health insurance, tax advisors and whatnot - great live games that grant the financial success and continuity - calm and quality focused new game pipeline - "when it's done

Cons

- aircondition sometimes too cold, depends on the floor you are - ownership varies, sometimes we have too much, sometimes we have not enough - we need to listen more to our community, more people needed - too much sun in Barcelona

Pros

Challenges never end in a successful growing company like Social Point. From technical challenges, to team scaling challenges, to game design challenges. I would highlight the transparency of the company, the talent of the people and the compensation & benefits.

Cons

The internal organization and communication has room of improvement. Also in Social Point you will work hard, maybe this is a con for some people.

Pros

Big company , lots of talented people. Good starting point if it's your first job in the industry. Free meals.

Cons

Bad management. Frequent crunches due to bad management. Management frequently harsh and disrespectufl with employees. Salaries of certain departments are way lower than the rest. Employees that make visible or criticise bad managing get fired. Management has no clue about game industry and repeating previous hits... the only direction is making copycats of succesful games on the app store.
