- I have seen the company culture changing throughout the years according to internal inputs - lots of senior people are always in listening mode and collect feedback on a regular basis. I feel I can share my constructive thoughts freely. - Incredible support to different personal situations - Covid time has just increased the attention to employees. The way the company has treated each of us can only increase the sense of belonging (from readapting the benefits to make sure we could get access to them also remotely, to lots of gift boxes for us and our families; from acknowledging stressful situations to increasing regular communication to be all on the same page). - Lots of super talented and super humble people, which is a mix that always surprises me. Very cool environment to be part of. - You can drive your own career development. - Being part of Take2 is providing increasing exposure to a more International scenario. - Best benefits package on the market, no doubts. - I feel lucky every single day!

Cons

- There is this feeling that we need to launch another great game - the talent to do so is there, it's just a matter of time... - Some people tend to have a negative view over everything the company does - this can at time affect those among us that feel more insecure, although the company is improving in recognizing the ones among us that we should empower and follow.
